Who/What is Party On Wheels (aka “POW”)?

It is a service specialized in the nightclub industry and day life pool parties. Its goal is to help you have the BEST Las Vegas club experience at an affordable price.

What type of services does POW provides?

Las Vegas is among the best hot spots in the world to party. However, despite its wide varieties of clubs and ultra-lounges, it is difficult to make a decision on where to go. With POW, you will save time and money; no need to pay for taxi fares and wait in line. POW provides packages giving priority access to the BEST nightclubs and lounges at the lowest affordable prices.

What type of transportation?

POW provides the ultimate in entertainment vehicles for your transportation between clubs. Party buses comes fully equipped with flat screen TV’s, custom competition stereo systems with fiber optic, neon , strobe, laser lighting, wet bars, mirrored ceilings, poles to dance on and much more (amenities vary upon bus). These are examples of the luxury transportation included in the POW party packages.

What is the function of a host?

In order to make sure that your night is a success, POW provides a host or several (depending on the number of people) to be with you for the duration of your allocated party package time. POW will answer your questions and ensures that proper procedures and guidelines are met.

What means “No line” “No cover”?

Part of the party club package includes a priority access/entrance. POW makes arrangement with nightclubs managers to make sure that you skip the general admission line and have a priority access without paying an entrance fee.

What is the latest time to reserve a nightclub package?

You can book until 8pm the same night. However, the earliest you reserve the package the better. POW proceeds by “first-come, first-served basis.” POW suggests that you plan a package at least a month ahead of time especially for busy holidays such as New Year’s Eve, Super bowl, March Madness, Memorial Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Halloween, Independence Day, Saint Patrick’s Day, Cinco De Mayo, and Spring Break.

How should you dress?

Visitors can avoid dress codes mistakes. Las Vegas nightclubs require that club-goers dress appropriately in order to get in. To avoid such a frustration, it is necessary to dress in business or dressy casual attires. For instance, men “standard” is pants, button up collar shirt and dress shoes. If you do not wear the recommended “standard” clothing, POW will not be responsible if you do not gain access to the club. Call us if you have any questions or concerns.

Is identification mandatory ?

Absolutely yes, because you have to be 21 years old minimum to enter Las Vegas nightclubs, the club door staff will not grand access to the club if it is not presented a proper and valid form of identification. POW recommends the following valid (not expired) form of ID’s: US state driver license, military ID, green card, or passport. If you live in a foreign country, make sure to bring a valid passport only. POW would not be responsible if you are denied access to the club because of student ID’s, expired ID’s, fake ID’s, broken ID’s, and any foreign ID’s. If you have any questions about identification, it is better to call POW prior your arrival.

What are the Las Vegas nightclubs operation hours?

Usually, nightclubs and Ultra-lounges are opening doors around 10:30pm and closing around 3am or 4am except late night after-hours.

Are drinks in nightclubs included in the package?

No, the drinks are not included in any of the nightclubs. The drinks are free and unlimited in the party bus transportation only.

Are tips included in the package?

No, but your host will be greatly appreciative.

How do I get a receipt?

When you purchase a package or other services from POW, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. Everything that was charged to you by Skyfire LLC will be shown. You can use this as a receipt for your records.

How to get a copy of your receipt sent: First, add Skyfire LLC (dba POW) customer service e-mail to your address book or safe sender list in your e-mail program. This will ensure that e-mails from Skyfire LLC and the financial third party will reach you successfully.


Data security is a primary consideration for POW because we accept credit and debit cards for the payments of services. To promote the security of the credit and debit card payment systems, the major card brands established the Payment Card Industry Council (PCI) to oversee its data Security Standards (DSS). Skyfire LLC is obligated to ensure that cardholder data is protected from a security breach. To protect cardholder’s data and mitigate financial exposure, it is imperative for Skyfire LLC to comply with PCI-DSS. (See links for more information at

Skyfire LLC uses the latest SSL encryption technology to ensure your personal information or data is protected when you purchase online through VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER.


1) Once your account is voluntarily created, Skyfire LLC collects personal data such as your first and last name, physical address or postal address, e-mail address, phone number, credit card number, credit card expiration date, and credit card security ID number.

2) Skyfire LLC keeps personal information private and confidential for internal use unless required by law such as subpoena.

3) When you visit our website, we automatically collect some information about your visit using cookies, web beacons, or log analysis software.

4) Skyfire LLC website uses cookies to facilitate its function. For instance, cookies are files that contain small amounts of data. If your browser is configured to accept these files, they are stored on your computer’s hard drive. Skyfire LLC uses these data files when you visit the website to identify you.

5) If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter such as to be informed about special promotions, giveaways or events, electronic messages or spams are used. If you decide not to receive it, the unsubscribe option is shown on the newsletter. It may take up to 48 hours for us to activate your request.

6) Skyfire LLC privacy policy was posted August. 11, 2011. At any time, we may modify our website including the Privacy Policy. Please be aware to read it periodically. Skyfire LLC owns and operates Party On Wheels.


Skyfire LLC reserves the right to change or revise its ”Terms and Conditions” policy at any time. It is the client’s responsibility to read these “terms and conditions” periodically and to accept them.


Payments are transacted through PayPal, Google Checkout, or other third party payment service methods. You can use a flexible payment method that allows you to pay cash on the night of the scheduled event. Gratuities are included for the bus driver. Your host does not receive gratuities from Skyfire LLC; although not mandatory they are appreciated.

Your reservation is a receipt of the transaction and has no cash value. The receipt of the transaction is not an admission ticket to enter the clubs and therefore will not be accepted by club staff at the door.


Cancellations received less than 6 weeks before the event will result in the loss of the full price. A no-show or failure to arrive at the designated meeting place on time will result in the loss of the reservation and therefore no refund will be given unless you call your guide at 877-702-9584 to inform him that you are late.


It is the responsibility of Skyfire LLC and the third party payment service to communicate the refund policy to customers through their website or otherwise. If the customer requests a refund, it must be in a written form at least 6 months prior the reservation by the purchaser to Skyfire LLC and to the third party payment service.

Skyfire LLC cannot be responsible if you do not use your purchase, and therefore no refunds will be possible. There are no refunds for failure to arrive at the agreed meeting point or your chosen club at the agreed time.

Skyfire LLC is not responsible for errors that result in the display of incorrect pricing due to an error from a third party provider. In a situation where a purchase is made based on an incorrect price, Skyfire LLC reserves the right not to fulfill the order. The customer will be notified and given the option of completing the purchase at the correct price or be given the option of a full refund.

If for any reasons it is necessary for Skyfire LLC to cancel an event, a full and immediate refund will be issued or otherwise an alternative possible date offered.


In order to be registered as a user and customer of the services, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself. Failure to maintain and update information due to untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete data will result in the suspension or termination of your account for future use of the service.

Skyfire LLC is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users and customers, particularly children. You MUST BE 21 years of age minimum to register for an account.


Skyfire LLC offers third parties a 25% commission for a referral that paid a full price service to Skyfire LLC. Note that the full price may vary and therefore subject to change. In order to pay the commission, it is necessary to create an account with your information and password. Skyfire LLC will pay the commission during the 12-month period following the date a customer used a service. Clients should always be the sole proprietor of their account and password. At any time, Skyfire LLC can terminate the third parties referral program in its sole discretion. If for any reasons your account is violated, contact Skyfire LLC immediately. In order to avoid any issues with the account, make sure that you exit the account at the end of each session. Skyfire LLC will not be responsible for any loss, damage or any other liability for no respect of these procedures.


In order to enter Las Vegas nightclubs you must be 21 years old minimum and MUST have a valid (not expired) photo identification such as a Governmental driver license, state identification, a green card, or a military card with proof of age. Foreign tourists MUST carry a valid passport. Student identification, TAM card, or health card are NOT ACCEPTED. Skyfire LLC is NOT responsible if nightclubs deny entrance. In order to enter the best Las Vegas nightclubs you must have the proper attire. For instance, dress pants or jeans, dress shoes and button down shirt is the standard attire for male. Skirts, dresses, and dress shoes is the standard attire for female. No baggy or oversized pants or shorts, hooded shirts, flannel shirts, T-shirts, sleeveless shirts, sweat suits, string or undershirt tank tops, athletic wear, sneakers, sandals, or hats are allowed. If nightclubs deny access because of a dress code issue, Skyfire LLC will not be responsible. For more questions and details contact Skyfire LLC.

Patrons are subject to having their bags, backpacks, purses, or parcels searched by nightclubs door staffs before access. No food, drinks, knifes, or guns are allowed. Nightclubs enforce a zero tolerance for drugs and illegal substance possession & use. If you are in doubts about any of these restrictions please contact Skyfire LLC prior to booking your event. Skyfire LLC cannot be held responsible for guests failing to gain entrance to clubs due to failure to meet these restrictions.


In case of intoxication or disruption, Skyfire LLC reserves the right to ask the guest or his group to leave the tour with no refund possible. Skyfire LLC is not responsible for denied access entry by the nightclubs staffs due to intoxication or disruptive behavior.

If a guest gets sick such as vomiting, or spills drinks in the transportation, Skyfire LLC will charge a non-refundable cleaning fee not too exceed $500.


In order to access the nightclubs scheduled in the package, it is necessary to meet the VIP hosts first at the specified time. Failure to do so means forfeiting your right to enter the clubs. When you first meet with the VIP hosts, a wristband is given to you. However, if you lose the wristband during the night Skyfire LLC will NOT give you a second one. You will not be allowed transportation without a wristband. If any issues, contact Skyfire LLC or your VIP hosts as soon as possible.

Unless you have made arrangements with Skyfire LLC, all seats and tables in nightclubs are reserved for customer ordering bottle service.

Drinks in nightclubs are not supplied by Skyfire LLC.

If you decide to stay at a particular venue, you have the right to leave the tour, however, contact Skyfire LLC or your VIP hosts first.

As part of the nightclubs package, a party bus or limousine will drive you from one venue to another. Your VIP hosts will inform you of its departure time. If you miss the transportation, Skyfire LLC is not responsible. Skyfire LLC and third party transportation services are not responsible for lost or stolen items left in the vehicle.

The tour ends once Skyfire LLC helps you enter the last club safely. There is no transportation back to the hotel.


Skyfire LLC and its appointed transportation providers shall indemnify, defend and hold Skyfire LLC and its members, managers, agents, employees, officers and owners harmless from all losses, damages, expenses and liabilities resulting from any injury to the personal property or injury to or death of any person.


Photos or images taken by our VIP hosts during the tour may be used for advertising on our website or Facebook account, and sole propriety of Skyfire LLC.


Terms and conditions of entry vary according to the venue. Each venue has the right to modify policies and procedures including changes due to special events or holidays. Skyfire LLC reserves the right to move a client and his group to an alternate tour or change the club line up, alternate transportation, beverages, discounts on beverages at any time due to outside influences such as club/lounge management, corporate/convention buy outs, bus issues, the removal of a club from Skyfire LLC list, over bookings, etc…


Your contract is made under the terms and conditions detailed in this document and are subject to the Nevada Law and jurisdiction. It is agreed between all parties to this agreement that no dispute can exceed the amount originally paid to Skyfire LLC. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes and expressly terminates any and all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or moral. No term of this agreement may be waived, modified or amended without a writing executed by both parties. If any term of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this agreement will continue in effect.


The Rules and Regulations listed below apply to all VIP Limousine rental vehicles. Included but not limited to, Stretch Lincoln Town Car, Stretch Lincoln Navigator, Stretch Excursion, Escalade, Denali, Stretch Hummer, Super Stretch F-650 Class, and Party Bus Class.

As a Party On Wheels (hereby referred to as POW) Client you agree to the following:

  1. Under Age Alcohol Consumption and Drug Use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the clients).
  2. NO FOOD is allowed in any of the vehicles. All food must be consumed or thrown away before entering the vehicle.
  3. It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof.
  4. Smoking is not permitted in any limousine or party bus.
  5. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described in your Reservation Confirmation.
  6. POW is Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
  7. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
  8. A/C is not compatible in temperatures rising above 100 degrees. Drivers will do their best to keep your party cool and comfortable.
  9. POW is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time in the present or at a mutually agreed date or later time.
  10. DAMAGE TO VEHICLE: POW clients assume financial liability for any damage occurring while in the vehicle. All damages must be paid immediately. Including:
    1. Vomiting/Biohazard – $500.00 fine
    2. Smoking – $100.00 fine
    3. Cigarette Burns – $100.00 fine per burn
    4. Broken/Missing Rock or Champagne Glass – $5.00 fine per glass
    5. Roof Access Plexiglass – $175.00 fine
    6. Broken Window Shade – $175.00 fine
    7. Broken Chair – $175.00 fine
    8. Broken Stereo/Lights/ Flat Screen TV – $500 fine
    9. Broken Window – $500 fine
  11. Time Rule: Each Limousine Pick up and Drop off, also referred to Point to Point Transportation, is scheduled for and pre paid for 30 minutes of service, if the party goes over the 30 minutes allotted , the party will be responsible for and pay for the extra charges incurred. This same rule applies to Hourly Limousine rentals. Going beyond your scheduled time period will incur additional charges. POW is NOT responsible for these charges. Limousine Drivers accept Credit Card payment on location in their vehicles.
  12. Renter has read and agrees with the company policy as outlined in the reservation confirmation email and on our website terms of service.  All deposits are non-refundable. Client is responsible for 50% of fare if cancellation occurs up to a week prior to the scheduled date of service.  Client is responsible for full fare if cancellation occurs within a week of the scheduled date of service or if Client is a no show.  Cancellations must be confirmed via email.

Nightclub and Pool Party Guest Lists include free admission. Guest Lists have NO MONETARY value whatsoever. POW does NOT charge their customers for this service. Nightclub and Pool Party Guest Lists are a complimentary service offered by POW. POW has made arrangements with select venues in Las Vegas to provide Free Admission to its female customers. Guest List status includes Free Admission Only. Guest List status does NOT include immediate entry without waiting in line. Restrictions DO apply (ex. dress code, behavior, intoxication). All Las Vegas Nightclubs reserve the right to REFUSE service. Ultimately entry into select Las Vegas Nightclubs is at the discretion of the Nightclub Staff. POW is NOT responsible for the actions of the Nightclubs, Nightclub Employees and/or Nightclub staff. Being rejected for entry into select Las Vegas Nightclubs is NOT reason for party package refund in full or in part. POW does NOT guarantee entry into select nightclubs. POW guarantees inclusion in select Las Vegas Nightclub and Pool Party Guest Lists ONLY.

If you would like to Guarantee VIP Entry with NO Waiting in line at select Las Vegas Nightclubs and Pool Parties we recommend the purchase of VIP Services. These services are amazing and we would be happy to make the arrangements for you. Ask your POW representative for assistance.


Individuals in your group that appear to be drunk or under the influence of a substance will not be granted access to any nightclub, pool party or strip club in Las Vegas. POW is not responsible for guests in your group not being granted access to nightclubs, pool parties and / or strip clubs. POW reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of a substance and / or acting disorderly or violently towards their POW VIP Host and / or others around them. Have fun but please be respectful of your POW VIP Host and others around you.

Valid Photo IDs are REQUIRED to enter all Las Vegas venues. Party guests will be denied entry if they do not have a Valid Photo ID or if their Photo ID is not acceptable. POW is not responsible for party guests who do not follow this rule. Please remind all party guests to bring their valid photo IDs.

For the best results Dress to Impress. Las Vegas nightclubs and Strip Clubs have a strict dress code: NO SNEAKERS, FLIP FLOPS, T-SHIRTS, HATS, POLO SHIRTS, OR RIPPED JEANS. Fashion Hint for guys, designer jeans and nice buttoned up shirts are acceptable. POW is not responsible for anyone turned away for not following dress code.

What is a POW VIP Party Host?
All VIP party packages include a POW VIP Party Host. This person is employed by POW and their sole objective is the seamless execution of your groups itinerary. This person will be in touch with your Limousine Drivers, Nightclub and Strip Club Door Hosts, Box Office personnel and Daytime Activity Managers. POW VIP Party Hosts are available to answer all of your questions as they walk your group through their Las Vegas party experience. Please note, POW VIP Party Hosts will be assisting several parties on any given day or night of the week. There are occasions when your VIP Party Host will be working with several groups at one time in the same location. For example escorted entry into Nightclubs, Strip Clubs, Shows or Daytime Activities. POW Las Vegas VIP Party Hosts work hard behind the scene to ensure a seamless party experience. A gratuity for your POW VIP Party Host is appreciated.

This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, the state of Nevada, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement. To the extent allowed by applicable law, any claim or cause of action arising from or relating to your access or use of this site must be brought within two (2) years from the date on which such claim or action arose or accrued.

Our secure checkout allows you the chance to to make your down payment. Our deposits guarantee that the talent you selected is the talent that shows up to your party. If talent fails to appear as promised, then deposit is 100% refunded. Otherwise, all deposits by telephone or online are NONREFUNDABLE and NON-NEGOTIABLE since this can be mostly our due diligence fee and we are going to be turning down work for the entertainer that the they could have received on time and your scheduled date. Additional fees may apply with this order change if at any time you should alter the first date or time of the Entertainers entrance. Switching time or your scheduled date at the same day or the last minute may be regarded as a cancellation and deposit may be forfeited. In no way will booking fees or deposits negotiated or be discounted because the entertainer arrives. Any remaining balances including miscellaneous fees like parking, valet, etc or added courtesies must be paid upon their entrance RATHER THAN following their performance to the entertainer. By booking, in addition, you affirm which you realize that not ALL times, places, costumes, theme requests etc. can not be accommodated by ALL entertainers We do our best to supply you your top requests whenever possible but definitely supply our finest accessible entertainer(s) for every occasion. When buying you or using this site are declaring that you’re to be attending the event can also be above the age of 18.

Rainstorms: Sudden and heavy rainfall that can affect road conditions, visibility, and the overall enjoyment of the party bus experience.

Floods: Overflowing of water bodies that may lead to road closures, detours, and other logistical challenges affecting the planned route.

Windstorms: Strong wind events that can impact the stability and safety of the party bus during transit and while parked.

Lightning Strikes: Lightning-related events that may lead to safety concerns and potential disruptions to the planned itinerary.

Hailstorms: Sudden and severe hailstorms that can impact the exterior of the party bus, leading to physical damage.

Extreme Temperatures: Drastic temperature fluctuations that can affect the comfort of passengers and the operation of the party bus’s systems.

Other Natural Disruptions: Events such as earthquakes, tornadoes, or other natural phenomena that could pose safety risks or logistical challenges.

While Party on Wheels takes reasonable measures to ensure the safety and enjoyment of passengers, the unpredictable nature of these events requires riders to be prepared for potential changes to their party bus experience. Riders assume responsibility for adhering to safety advisories and local regulations related to adverse weather conditions.

In the event that an act of nature significantly disrupts the intended party bus experience and causes the ride to start late (either driver or host is late due to extreme weather), Party on Wheels acknowledges its commitment to customer satisfaction. We offer a refund policy that entitles customers to receive an emergency refund of up to 50% of the total cost of the party bus package (minus taxes and fees) in cases where the party bus experience is severely impacted by adverse weather conditions. The decision to provide a refund and the refund percentage will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as the extent of disruption and safety considerations. Refunds are pro-rated based on time.  Refunds are not issued during catastrophic circumstances as those situations are handled by insurance companies.

By proceeding with this agreement, riders acknowledge their understanding of the risks posed by acts of nature and their agreement to cooperate with Party on Wheels in the event of unforeseen weather-related disruptions.
